Support was hit and miss but somewhat helpful overall
When I reached out to telephonic support for clarifying a database feature, the interaction was decent though it took some time to get through initially. The representative explained a few steps clearly, which helped me set up what I needed. But then some issues with the dialer required a follow-up call a few days later. That time, the support was slower, and I didn't get full answers immediately, needing to experiment on my own afterward. Despite these ups and downs, I think I would still call support if something complex came up next time because they provided partial guidance that saved me some effort. The automatic updates worked fine without disruptions, and the billing process was consistent. So while support isn't flawless, it’s decent enough when paired with the self-help training and the software’s intuitive parts. I am cautiously optimistic I would reach out again if needed but would also prepare to troubleshoot independently.
