Unka email support bhi thoda slow lagta tha. Par dialer aur database software apne hisaab se chal raha tha, kuch din smooth, kuch din thoda freeze ho jata tha. Automatic updates ne bhi kabhi kabhi interrupt kiya jab main kaam kar raha tha. Overall, software theek tha par support ka lagataar inconsistent behavior frustration badhata tha. Shayad main agle time support sistem se zyada help ki expect nahin karunga, par software use karta rahunga.
