Support was helpful despite some delays
When I ran into a problem with the calling tools not connecting properly, I contacted telephonic support. They were polite and eventually helpful, walking me through some troubleshooting steps. It took longer than I expected to get a solution, and the wait time on the phone was more than I hoped for. Still, they seemed knowledgeable and did not rush me, which was good. They communicated clearly about what they were doing to fix my issue. Overall, if I were to explain this to a friend, I’d say the support is solid but be prepared to wait a bit if something goes wrong.
