Support was helpful but thoda wait and repeat bhi hua

I noticed ki kabhi kabhi mujhe confusing lagta tha jab mujhe same cheez baar baar explain karni padti thi ya thoda wait karna padta tha before kisi ne mera issue pick kiya. The calls I made to the helpdesk were productive overall, and the training sessions helped clear most of my doubts. The dialer tool combined with the database feature worked well in sync and made remote tasks manageable. However, I do wish ki response time thoda aur better ho because on busy days, main thoda impatient ho jata tha. I’m aware that automation updates chalte rehte hain jo continuous improvements laate hain, and that’s something I appreciate. Despite these, the overall vibe was positive enough, and I feel the service is worth sticking with if you want dependable support without too much hassle.
