Support was helpful but steps felt a bit out of order
The telephonic support itself was quite helpful and responsive, which I appreciated. However, the sequence of steps I was asked to follow sometimes seemed less logical and not very intuitive. I felt like the guidance jumped between unrelated actions rather than providing a smooth, clear workflow. It was a bit frustrating to have to ask for clarifications multiple times, even though the person on the other end was patient and understanding. On the positive side, once the right instructions were given, the problems were resolved reasonably quickly. Overall, communication was good but the process felt disorganized. I would rate it four stars because the support’s intent and helpfulness were there but the order of steps definitely needs some improvement in how it’s structured.
