Support was helpful but sometimes hard to navigate
From my experience with WFHI’s support and communication, I found that getting assistance was generally helpful, though not always straightforward. Calling their telephonic support usually connected me to someone who understood the software and could guide me through the features I struggled with, like setting up the database and using the dialer. The responses were clear and patient, which made me feel comfortable asking questions. However, finding documented help materials or FAQs was a bit challenging, as the online resources were not always easy to locate or fully comprehensive. Because of this, sometimes I had to rely on direct calls rather than self-service support. I appreciated the priority assistance option, particularly when automatic updates introduced new functionalities that I wasn’t familiar with. Despite the occasional navigation hiccup within their support system, the overall communication left a good impression on me. This mix of convenient live help and less accessible self-help resources made me think they could improve the portal interface for easier knowledge retrieval. Even so, I plan to continue using their support as needed because the quality of help when you finally reach someone is definitely worth it.
