Support was helpful but slow to click

The telephonic support service was generally helpful, though at times it felt a bit slow to fully understand the issues I raised. Initially, I found some delay in getting the right instructions for using the dialer and database synchronously. Eventually, after a second call, the problem and solution became clear, which was a relief. On the plus side, when the assistance came through, it was thorough and patient, making the experience positive in the long run. But the moment it clicked for me wasn't immediate and required persistence from both ends.
