Support was helpful, but setup follow-up thoda slow tha
Main achhe se setup kar payi thi WFHI ka software, support ke through sab samajhna thoda easy tha. Initial telephonic assistance mere liye kaafi useful thi; unhone patiently har step explain kiya. Lekin baad mein, jaise mera database update karna tha, usmein thoda delay hua and follow-up se pata chala ke kuch features thode complex hain jo baar-baar help maang sakti hoon. Overall, mostly setup ek baar ka process tha, but kuch aspects mein ongoing support chahiye. Mujhe lagta hai ke agar thoda jaldi aur proactive support mile hota toh better hota.
