Support was helpful but setup dragged on too long

While the telephonic support was generally helpful and polite when I reached out, getting started with the software took longer than I expected. The sign-up and payment process were straightforward, and the invoicing clear. However, the initial onboarding felt slow, and the training materials weren't very clear for some steps that I really needed help with. I called support several times because I wasn’t sure how to use the calling tools properly, which ate up a lot of time. The good thing was that once I got past those hurdles, the software seemed to work fine. Still, that initial phase dragged out more than it should have, which was frustrating.
