Support was helpful but response times kabhi kabhi slow thi
Initial contact with telephonic support during my onboarding felt promising kyunki unhone clearly explanation diya aur queries ka samadhan kiya. However, later jab kuch technical issues aaye with the dialer and database syncing, response time was noticeably slower. Kabhi aisa laga ki mere issue ko priority nahi mil rahi thi, jo frustrating tha. Lekin mujhe support ke staff ki efforts pe confidence bana raha, as they were polite and tried to solve the problem diligently. Training sessions bhi theek-thaak chal rahe the during early days but they missed some details jo baar baar repeat karne pade. Overall, I think support ne genuine attempt kiya to help but a little more timely follow-up hona chahiye tha to keep the workflow uninterrupted. Jo baat badi achhi lagi was the clarity in their communication despite the occasional wait. Yeh mix experience thi jisme support ki dedication dikhayi di par execution thoda inconsistent raha, which is why I'm ambivalent about the overall satisfaction. So, main confident feel nahi kar raha tha ki har baar help milegi jab bhi zarurat hogi.
