Support was helpful but repetitive at times
I found the telephonic support generally helpful when I reached out with questions about software usage and features. However, I experienced quite a bit of repetition during calls as I had to explain my issue multiple times to different representatives. This made the interaction longer than expected and somewhat frustrating. Additionally, there were occasions when I had to wait a fair amount before getting connected to the right person who could address my concern, which slowed down the resolution process. On the positive side, once I got through, the support staff was knowledgeable and provided clear guidance. Still, the lack of streamlined communication and initial unfamiliarity from support agents caused unnecessary hold-ups, which could be improved. Overall, while the help was ultimately comprehensive, the extra waiting and repeated explanations were missing from an efficient support experience.
