Support was helpful but outcome was mixed
You seemed to have a decent support team overall, though my experience ended up mixed in outcome. When I reached out via phone about setting up the software’s calling tools, the responses were fairly prompt, and the agents were courteous. However, despite polite communication, some of my technical questions required repeated follow-ups before I received fully clear answers. This back and forth meant it took longer than I preferred to get the dialer and database features functioning as I wanted. While I appreciate you being approachable and trying to assist, the resolution wasn’t immediate, which added some frustration. The priority assistance line was useful once engaged, but initially hard to access. So, on balance, the support you offer is responsive in communication but can be slower in delivering full solutions. My outcome was satisfactory but could be improved if problem-solving was quicker rather than just polite.
