Support was helpful but missed some follow up
My interactions with telephonic support were effective for the initial questions I had about the dialer setup and database integration. They answered clearly and helped me complete the onboarding steps. However, when I faced a few issues with software updates altering my preferences unexpectedly, I had to contact them again and found the responses less timely. The invoicing and payments processes were seamless and consistent, so I don’t anticipate needing help on those fronts again soon. While the first support call resolved most immediate concerns, subsequent follow-up felt patchy and could have used more attention to ensure all problems were fully addressed. I would likely reach out again if necessary, but I hope future assistance includes more consistent check-ins after the initial contact. A little more ongoing support would make a big difference for day-to-day use.
