Support was helpful, but might need again
The support team really helped with the initial setup and questions I had. They answered promptly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I’m not sure if this means I won't require assistance again in the future since some aspects are a bit complex. I do appreciate that they are available by phone, and that gives me confidence. On the downside, some explanations could have been clearer to prevent repeated calls. So while I’m satisfied for now, I expect I might still reach out for help later on because the software has a learning curve.
