Support was helpful, but immediate callbacks were missing
When I encountered some issues with the dialer not connecting as expected, I reached out to the support helpline. The person I spoke to was quite patient and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. They walked me through some checks and got the problem resolved eventually. However, what was missing was the promise of a quick callback if the line was busy or if they needed to escalate the ticket. I ended up waiting longer than I hoped on hold before getting assistance. The telephonic support is otherwise solid once you connect, but I think adding a system for priority callbacks or a way to schedule a call back during busy times would be a beneficial improvement. Overall, communication was respectful and clear, but the handling of things going wrong could be a bit more proactive for efficient resolution.
