Support was helpful but I had to self-navigate quite a bit
When I first started using WFHI’s software, I expected the support team to walk me through everything from the start, especially with complicated tools like the dialer and setting up the database. In reality, while the help was available and polite when I reached out, much of the exploration and learning I did came from my own trial and error. The documentation wasn’t entirely exhaustive, and sometimes I had to figure out workflows on my own before calling support. On the plus side, the telephonic support did provide useful tips once I got to them, and the automatic updates didn’t break anything, which was a relief. I was a bit surprised by how much initial setup and training they expect users to handle independently, especially if you’re new to software for remote workflows. It was a bit different from what I anticipated based on their onboarding promises. I did appreciate the effort in keeping communication open, but having to self-figure half the things did make the early days slower than I had hoped.
