Using the WFHI software brought a mostly positive experience with a few challenges along the way. The onboarding process set a decent foundation but wasn’t completely hands-on, which meant I had to spend a significant amount of time familiarizing myself with the calling tools and how the dialer integrates with the database. Support was available over the phone and generally willing to assist, although it sometimes involved some back-and-forth to reach clear answers. What I appreciated was the regular automatic updates that ensured the software remained functional and fairly up to date, though they introduced features I had to adapt to with minimal guidance initially. The invoice and payment system worked reliably, making the administrative side hassle-free. While I value the opportunity to learn independently, a bit more structured onboarding or access to live walkthroughs would have sped things up. Still, I feel the balance between support and self-discovery is reasonable, even if it demanded some extra patience and effort on my part.
