Support was helpful but daily hiccups sometimes occurred

Over the course of using the software daily, I noticed that telephonic support was generally helpful when I reached out, especially resolving issues with the dialer promptly. However, there were some average days when the calling tools didn’t work quite as expected, such as occasional lag or dropped connections. Database updates sometimes failed to synchronize without manual intervention too, which was annoying. That said, the team was usually reachable and willing to assist when I reported these problems. So, the support did well overall, but the software itself showed inconsistent behavior more often than I anticipated based on initial impressions.
