Support was helpful but communication delayed
Initially, I wasn’t sure if I could get quick answers from the support team, but by the end, I felt somewhat confident about their assistance. When I called the telephonic support, they did provide clear explanations about using the database feature and navigating automatic updates. However, it took a while before someone picked up, and there were instances where my concerns had to be repeated because of miscommunication. On the positive side, once they understood the problem, they offered effective solutions and patiently guided me through the steps needed. The dialer had some issues initially but support helped resolve those efficiently. That said, the waiting time and the need to restate problems reduced my confidence somewhat. Overall, the good communication after the initial lag gave me assurance that the team knows their product well, but I hope future interactions will be smoother and faster to build instant trust from the start.
