Support was helpful but a tad more follow-up would help

I appreciated their patience and the fact they kept me informed throughout the process. The database feature works well day to day, and the dialer during calls was reliable for the most part. My only reservation was that after the initial fix, there wasn’t as much follow-up to confirm things stayed smooth, which would have added extra reassurance. The billing and payment part was nicely handled and straightforward to understand. Overall, my experience was positive and the support felt genuine and proactive in helping when things went wrong. I’m quite satisfied with the responsiveness and clarity in communication, even if there’s room for slightly more consistent check-ins later on.
