Support was hands-off but effective
I honestly didn’t need much hand-holding from support after the initial training. Most things were straightforward enough to figure out on my own using the software's resources. When I did reach out to telephonic support, they were clear but kept it minimal, pointing me toward the self-help options rather than doing the work for me. The communication felt honest and to the point rather than overly friendly or overly technical. It saved me time since I could quickly understand what was needed without waiting on long explanations. The whole process felt efficient but not overbearing; I think they intentionally want users to become self-sufficient. That approach worked well for me personally since I prefer working through problems rather than relying on constant assistance. So, overall, the support and communication were lean but effective, which I appreciated.
