Support was generally good, but waiting times stood out
The telephonic support was helpful overall, but I noticed some repetition during the calls which made the interactions a bit tedious. While I appreciated the polite and professional attitude, it sometimes felt like I was being guided through the same basic steps multiple times before getting to the real solution. The waiting time for priority assistance was reasonable but could definitely be shorter since I had to be on hold a few times. On the plus side, the support staff were patient and attempted to resolve the issues during the same call when possible. For the most part, the communication was clear, but avoiding repetition and reducing hold times would improve the experience considerably.
