Support was disappointing compared to my prior experiences
Coming from a different service that offered quick and empathetic customer support, I found the telephonic assistance here to be much less responsive and somewhat generic. I expected a bit more personalized help but often ended up repeating my issues multiple times, which was frustrating. While the support team was polite in their communication, the lack of prompt and effective solutions made a difference. The communication channels felt limited compared to what I had used before, and it slowed down resolving issues. Only the automatic updates system felt reliable, and that’s about it. Overall, the support did not meet my expectations, especially considering my previous experiences where help was quicker and more thorough.
