Support was diligent, but some waiting was unavoidable
When I reached out to telephonic support, I found them quite attentive and patient; they really tried to understand my questions without making me repeat myself unnecessarily. Most of the time, the wait wasn’t too long, which made the conversations feel productive instead of frustrating. However, there were moments during busy periods when a small hold time was inevitable, which I could accept given their thoroughness. I appreciated how clear the communication was and how they aimed to resolve issues rather than just give canned responses. The ongoing follow-ups were reassuring, although at times the effort on my part to clarify specifics was a bit tiring. Overall, the support workflow felt smooth and considerate, with just a few minor pauses that showed they're handling a decent amount of incoming help requests efficiently. This made me feel supported, even though I would have wished for quicker initial responses in certain situations.
