Support was different, not quite what I expected
Compared to other services I’ve used, the telephonic support here felt more formal and sometimes a bit slow to respond to my specific needs. The reps were polite but often stuck to scripted responses, which contrasted with the more conversational help I was used to. On the other hand, they did follow up on my queries and gave me useful pointers for using the dialer tools, which I hadn’t anticipated. So, while the communication style wasn’t quite what I expected or prefer, the support did provide valuable guidance. I suppose it’s a mixed experience where the level of patience they showed balanced out the lack of a more personalized approach.
