Support was decent but took a bit longer than expected
Overall, when things went wrong, the telephonic support handled my issues fairly well. Their communication was clear, and they explained the steps I needed to take patiently. However, I found the process to be a bit slow sometimes, especially when waiting on hold or for callbacks. While they did resolve the problems I reported, it would have been better if response times were faster. I appreciate their willingness to stay on the line till the issue was fixed, but the occasional delays in getting through do make me slightly hesitant to rely on support during busy periods. Despite that, their professionalism and thorough explanations were reassuring throughout the troubleshooting process.
