Support was decent but felt like I had to do half the work
So I signed up and the support was, generally speaking, fine enough. They answered my questions when I reached out but honestly, I felt like I had to figure a lot out on my own. The onboarding process had some gaps and the documentation didn’t always explain things fully, so I ended up playing around with the software’s dialer and database features quite a bit before I understood how best to use them. I found the telephonic support helpful but rather reactive; they would respond when I called but didn’t seem to anticipate problems or give me tips proactively. It’s like I had to do the heavy lifting to make the best of it, which was OK since I have a bit of tech experience, but might not suit everyone perfectly. I kept going back to this point that self-sufficiency was necessary. On the plus side, the billing and payment steps were clear once I worked through them, and automatic updates usually made things better without me needing any extra input. So overall, pretty good but with some room to make the support a little more proactive.
