Support was decent but felt like figuring out myself often
So, I went ahead with their software because the idea sounded great and the sign-up process was pretty straightforward. The invoicing came through fine and payments were hassle-free too, which was a relief. But then as I started using the dashboard and dialer more seriously, I noticed I had to spend quite some time figuring out features on my own – especially how the database synced with calls and updates. I did reach out to support a couple of times by phone, and while they were helpful, it felt like they only gave directions instead of hands-on help. Kind of like, "Here’s how you do it," But I was left doing the actual troubleshooting myself. Still, I wouldn’t say it was frustrating – more like a mild challenge. Overall, the whole thing felt like a decent balance between independent learning and intermittent guidance, which might work great if you’re okay with some self-study.
