They gave clear instructions when contacted, and my doubts got answered reliably. However, occasionally they suggested trying features or fixes that seemed out of sync with what I had already done, leading me to redo some steps unnecessarily. It felt like the guidance could be more structured to avoid backtracking. The invoicing and sign-up steps were smooth and straightforward, which was a plus. Despite the noted issue with the flow in support instructions, I think they could improve by providing a standard checklist or more coherent stepwise approach. This would reduce confusion and speed up trouble-shooting. Overall, I am satisfied with support responsiveness though the process order needs adjustment.
