Support was clear, but more detailed follow-ups needed
I found the telephonic support quite responsive and explanations were clear enough to get me through the setup phase without major hassle. The representatives clearly explained how to use the dashboard and the calling tools, which helped a lot in the beginning. However, after the initial help, I felt the follow-up communication lacked a bit of detail that could have made ongoing usage easier. Sometimes, I was left guessing on the database update features since those weren't clearly covered. It did the job well for getting started, but I would have appreciated more thorough guidance on advanced functions to really optimize workflow.
