Support was clear but I solved much on my own
In using WFHI, one thing that worked well was the telephonic support during onboarding. They provided clear instructions and responses about the sign-up and billing processes, which helped avoid confusion. However, when technical issues arose with the dialer and database sync, much of the troubleshooting was left for me to handle independently. The automatic updates were reliable, so those didn’t require my attention. While help was available, I often found that I needed to explore the software features and resolve minor problems without direct guidance. This mix of decent support and some self-directed problem-solving meant the experience was average in ease of use. I expected a bit more hands-on assistance. Invoicing and payments were straightforward, so no issues there. Overall, the support helped with administrative parts well, but technical aspects required my own effort to work through.
