Support was chill but not perfect, unlike my last software
Honestly, the support from these folks was surprisingly chill compared to some of the other platforms I’ve dealt with before. Usually, calling customer service for tech software feels like a pain — long waits, robotic replies, and you barely get anywhere. But this time, I found the telephonic support pretty decent; easy to talk to people who actually listened and didn’t just read scripts. They were pretty quick to get me the info I needed and walked me through the updates when the software changed features. That said, sometimes the advice felt a bit too generic, like they were trying to cover a large audience rather than tailoring suggestions specifically for my situation. Back with my previous provider, they gave me prompt callback options but often left me hanging on hold for ages. Here, I found the overall experience a bit more relaxed and direct. It’s kind of like chatting with a friend who knows the software well versus a call center that’s overwhelmed — like I could trust the info but I wasn’t blown away by it either. So, while it’s better than what I’m used to, I wouldn’t say it’s perfect support. Still, they made things less frustrating and that counts for a lot when you’re dealing with onboarding and software troubleshooting.
