Support was alright, most things I figured out myself
When it came to support and communication with WFHI, I’d say it was pretty average. The telephonic support was available when I needed it, polite and helpful to a degree, but I found myself working through a lot of the problems on my own. The instructions and training helped, yet sometimes the responses from support were a bit delayed or lacked detail that I really needed. So, I ended up relying on trial and error on the software and the calling tools more than I would have liked. Still, it wasn’t frustrating enough to stop me, just an honest mix of self-service and occasional help. If I told a friend about it, I’d say it’s fine but expect to do some figuring out on your own rather than full hand-holding every step of the way.
