Support was a mix of helpful and frustrating
Overall, the support process ended up both helpful and a bit frustrating, which felt like a fair summary. I ran into a few issues when trying to set up the calling tool and the dialer initially, as automatic updates introduced unexpected changes that weren’t clearly communicated. When I reached out for telephonic support, the team was patient and informative but not always quick to resolve more complex database-related problems. On the other hand, the onboarding flow was smooth in guiding me through the software’s basics and training materials, which covered a lot of ground reasonably well. Signing up and handling payments went without a hitch, so that part was straightforward. The invoicing system worked well too, with clear records. The dialer performance during the week showed occasional glitches, but nothing that made me abandon the platform entirely. There was definitely room for better communication about updates and some enhancements needed in support responsiveness, but the overall experience was fairly balanced between good and not-so-good moments. It didn’t blow me away, but it also wasn’t a complete miss.
