Support was a mix of helpful and a bit frustrating—might not suit everyone

When I reached out to support, I found myself repeating certain information a few times before someone understood what my issue was. There were moments when I had to wait on hold longer than I expected, which made me wonder if the system was overloaded or just poorly managed. On the other hand, once my problem was identified, their telephonic assistance was helpful and they explained clearly how to navigate the dialer and calling tools. I suppose the experience would suit people who don’t mind a bit of waiting and repetition, especially if they are patient and persistent in explaining their issue. For those who expect quick, seamless communication without delays, WFHI’s support might feel a little patchy. It did give me some useful insights into the training and software features, particularly the database section, which eventually fit better into my workflow after some tweaks. I remain unsure about how well it would fit for people who are not comfortable with delays or having to clarify points multiple times. So, while the basics were covered, the whole experience felt a bit uneven, with some helpful moments but also some unnecessary delays and back-and-forth.
