Support was a mess, left to figure out everything myself
Honestly, dealing with support was more frustrating than I expected. The whole communication felt like I was shouting into a void, and I had to solve most problems myself without much help. Every time I tried to get clarity over the phone, it either took forever to get connected or the person on the other end didn't really understand the problem well enough to assist properly. I circled back on the same issues multiple times because things didn’t get resolved, making me feel stuck and annoyed. It honestly felt like they expect users to be pros already, which just wasn’t my experience at all. I ended up spending way more time than I wanted trying to make the software work rather than actually using it effectively. If the support was more hands-on and less of a waiting game, this could have been a much better experience. As it stands, it all felt like an uphill battle from start to finish.
