Support was a major letdown

Honestly, I found the support process really frustrating. I called multiple times hoping to get clear answers for issues with the dialer, but the people I reached seemed confused and unable to help. Each time the call would end without a clear next step, and I never felt like I was making progress. The communication was slow, and sometimes I just waited too long without any response. It made me dread needing help again because I’m not sure if the support team really understands the problems or if they can resolve them quickly. I wanted to like the software, but the lack of reliable support seriously impacted my experience. So if you ask me if I’ll need their help again, the answer is yes, and I’m not looking forward to it. I would tell a friend to be cautious because this part was definitely not smooth or reassuring.
