When I first reached out for assistance, I expected the wait times to be more manageable given the company’s reputation. However, there were frustrating moments where I found myself explaining the same issue multiple times to different support representatives. This repetition slowed down the resolution process more than I hoped. On the positive side, once connected to the right person, the answers and guidance were helpful and addressed my concerns satisfactorily. The communication style was polite throughout, which eased the waiting somewhat. In comparison to other services I've interacted with, the experience was neither consistently smooth nor entirely troublesome; it landed somewhere in the middle. It certainly could be better streamlined to reduce redundancy and speed up response times. Yet, they maintained a courteous and understanding tone which I appreciated. Overall, the support did fulfill its purpose but left me with some reservations about efficiency. If I were to describe it casually to a friend, I'd say the help was eventually good but only after some inconvenient back-and-forth and waiting.
