Support was a bit of a maze but I got there eventually
So, the telephonic support system had its moments where the wording on their menu and labels made me pause and wonder if I was in the right place. At first, I was circling around options trying to find the right department or person to talk to about the database hiccups I was facing. The labels didn’t really match up with the problem descriptions I had in mind, which added a layer of frustration. After a few rounds and holding on the line, I finally got through to someone who could help, which was a relief. I do think their support staff used terms that sometimes felt a bit too technical without giving lay explanations, which made me ask a lot of questions again. But once I got over that initial hassle, the follow-up calls were better worded. It took some effort on my part to explain things clearly and navigate their terminology, but I appreciated the patience they showed. It’s a bit of a puzzle at first, yet I guess that's common with complex software like theirs. I ended up understanding the system’s labels better after a while and the support calls got smoother, so my advice would be to just keep at it because it does get easier.
