Support was a big effort with lot of back and forth
I found the ongoing support and communication to be quite frustrating overall. The initial setup required a lot of one-off instruction, which was somewhat helpful, but as I proceeded, the continued support didn't seem as proactive as I expected. There were delays in responses and considerable waiting times when I needed immediate assistance, which made me regret relying on telephonic support alone. Despite some positive interactions, the overall experience felt like I was repeatedly explaining my issue instead of getting a straightforward resolution. One small reservation I have is that the setup instructions could have been clearer from the start to reduce this back and forth. Honestly, I don't think I would rely heavily on the support again considering how much effort it took to get basic guidance. It did not meet my expectations and left me quite disappointed.
