Support wala experience toh next time nahi karungi
Mujhe lagta tha support thoda fast milega, par woh baat nahi hui. Main puri tarah se ready nahi thi jab tak help system thik se samajh nahi aaya tha, matlab lagbhag do hafte struggle kiya online aur calls mein, teknikal chhoti chhoti problems vighti rahi. Lagta hai ki kisi clear process ko follow nahi kiya gaya. Mujhe sabse jyada time laga database ko sahi se setup karne mein. Main baar baar phone support ko call karti rahi aur response delay hota raha. Agar waha se thoda support jaldi milta toh kaafi asaan hota. Is baar toh main next time yeh try karne ki sochungi bilkul nahi, bahut disappointing tha experience mera. Time aur effort dono waste hua laga mujhe, sahi direction tabhi milegi jab communication aur support improve hoga.
