Support wait times and repeated calls: frustrating overall
Honestly, dealing with the support was more exhausting than I expected. Every time I called to resolve even a simple issue with the dialer or database sync, I had to explain the problem repeatedly to different agents. Waiting on hold felt like it took forever on several occasions, so I ended up wasting a lot of time. I did appreciate that when I finally got connected, the team was usually polite and technically competent, but the whole process felt inefficient and slow. The automatic updates sometimes caused confusion in the workflow, and calling customer support became necessary more than I liked. That’s when the waiting and repetition started to wear me down. It's not that the help was bad per se; I just wished the first contact would have been enough to solve things. I hope they improve their system soon because currently it makes managing the software more frustrating than it should be. After all, the goal was to save time and reduce hassle with remote workflows, not add to it.
