Support waise nahi jaisa expect karti thi, beginner ko suit karega
Socha tha support thoda aur detailed hoga lekin milke laga ki wo zyada straightforward aur no-nonsense approach rakhte hain. Unhone sab clear points pe baat ki thi, lekin patience thodi kam thi. Shuruat me jitna explain kiya tha uske hisaab se support mila nahi mujhe. Agar aap beginner ho aur simple guidance chahiye, toh yeh support suit karega. Lekin agar aapko deep technical help chahiye ya complex questions hain, toh shayad thoda disappointment ho sakta hai. Training aur telephonic assistance basic level pe theek hain, par main thoda aur detailed assistance expect karti thi. Overall, ye service un logon ke liye better hai jo thoda patience rakhte hain aur step-by-step chalte hain.
