Support tried but wasn’t as effective as what I used before
The support system offered was fairly accessible, with friendly representatives who attempted to assist promptly. However, compared with previous platforms I've used, there was a noticeable delay in getting comprehensive solutions. While telephonic help was generally available, complex issues often took multiple calls to resolve, which added to my frustration. The resources provided online were helpful but not as extensive as I would have liked, resulting in more back-and-forth communication. On the upside, I did appreciate that updates and improvements were rolled out automatically, which eased some concerns. Overall, the support was competent but fell short of the higher standards I expected based on my experience elsewhere.
