Support totally hit a wall when things went wrong
Honestly, I was really hoping the helpline would save me when I ran into trouble during setup but nope. The moment I realized the dialer wasn’t syncing right with the database, I called telephonic support hoping for a quick fix or some guidance. Instead, they just put me on hold repeatedly, and when someone finally talked to me, it felt like they were reading out a script with no clue about the actual problem. It got frustrating having to explain the same basic stuff multiple times, and they mostly gave generic solutions that didn’t apply to my situation at all. I thought maybe training would have cleared this up, but the steps weren’t clear enough to avoid the problems. By the time I realized support wasn’t going to help, I just felt stuck and honestly a bit annoyed that there wasn’t someone better prepared on the other side to solve a problem that seemed straightforward to me. I wanted to crack on quickly but ended up waiting ages for a call back that never came, which was the final straw. So yeah, support was the biggest letdown here and really left me wondering if the whole process would ever make sense.
