I generally work odd hours, and unfortunately the telephonic support wasn’t available at times I act

I generally work odd hours, and unfortunately the telephonic support wasn’t available at times I actually needed it. When I tried reaching out, sometimes the line was busy, and other times I got disconnected. Their support team did answer finally, but it took far longer than I was comfortable with, which made it frustrating. The communication wasn’t very clear either, so I had to ask multiple times what was happening. On the plus side, the team was polite and somewhat helpful once I connected with them. But overall, the timing didn’t fit with my workflow at all, and that really impacted how useful the service was for me during working hours. If they improved support availability, this would be better, but as it stands, I’m not very happy with the communication and support experience.
