Support took some time but was mostly helpful
Getting the help I needed via telephonic support took a bit longer than I wished, which was frustrating especially during busy days. However, when I finally got through, the assistance was thorough and addressed most of my concerns effectively. Sometimes the wait made me second guess if my issue would be resolved quickly, yet the actual communication was detailed and personalized. The balance between delay and help felt uneven, but overall, I came away with answers and some useful tips for the software and training. Despite the slightly slow response, the quality of support is something I can appreciate.
