Support took more effort than expected, again and again
I honestly expected telephonic support to be reasonably quick and straightforward based on what I was told before getting the software, but my experience proved different. Calls usually took time to connect, and every time I called, I had to go through the whole background explanation again as if they hadn’t checked the previous notes. It was tiring to repeat details about the software functions I was asking about. The technicians were polite enough, but the back and forth slowed down progress, making each issue take longer to resolve than I thought it should. I felt like my time and effort were not being fully valued during those calls. If I had to estimate, the total time spent on phone with support was far more than I'd hoped, causing some frustration. Despite that, they did eventually help me understand the points I was stuck on. Still, I wish the process was more seamless and less draining. Honestly, I don’t think I’m enthusiastic about going through this support experience repeatedly in the future.
