Support took more effort than before
Compared to the other support systems I have used, WFHI's telephonic assistance required more of my time and effort. The support reps were polite, which I appreciated, but the wait times and the necessity to repeat my issues multiple times dragged the process. In contrast, previous experiences with similar tools often had faster resolutions or clearer help articles that minimized calls. While the database feature and call tools themselves worked fairly well, when I reached out for help about integration issues, the communication seemed slower and less precise. Sign-up and invoicing were relatively simple, and the explanations of payment processes made sense, so I can't fault those sections. Still, I felt that the back-and-forth on phone drained my energy during otherwise busy workdays. Automatic updates didn't cause noticeable disruption, which was a relief. Overall, the software is decent, but the support comparison makes me hesitate to rely heavily on assistance when I need it. I wish the system offered better real-time help or chat options to reduce call waiting.
