Support took more effort compared to tools I used before

Compared to other remote workflow tools I've tried, WFHI's support was a mixed bag. There was one instance where I needed help configuring the dialer — the call took a bit longer than usual and I had to repeat some steps when switched between agents. What stood out was that the automatic updates occasionally caused features to behave differently than expected, requiring extra support calls. Still, the training videos and onboarding process were fairly standard and nothing too different from what I'd experienced previously. In terms of sign-up and invoicing, the process was a bit more complicated than I’d hoped, which slowed me down. On the positive side, the database feature integrated nicely with the calling tools, and once I got the hang of it, the workflow was decent. Overall, using WFHI required a bit more effort to get used to, especially when compared to other products I’ve used, though I can see where their focus on remote operations offers value.
